1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use the sportplus platform in the Philippines.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in online sports betting and gaming activities in your jurisdiction within the Philippines.
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice and any associated balances may be forfeited.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration details. False information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
sportplus reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with applicable regulations. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be restricted.

All transactions on sportplus are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through GCash, Maya, and local Philippine bank transfers.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard. These thresholds may vary based on your membership tier.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. sportplus does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Processing times depend on your membership tier. VIP and High Roller members benefit from priority and express settlement tracks respectively. Standard accounts are processed in the order received.
sportplus is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, GCash, or Maya once a withdrawal has been initiated and confirmed on our end.
Bonus credits and cashback rewards are credited in PHP and are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of issue. General bonus terms apply unless a separate promotion specifies otherwise.

All bets placed on sportplus are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sports market or game category as displayed on the platform at the time of placing the bet.
Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the system. A pending bet that has not been confirmed does not constitute a valid wager.
sportplus reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account.
Any attempt to exploit system errors, engage in match-fixing, use automated betting tools, or manipulate outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Bet limits vary by market, event, and membership tier. High Roller members operate under elevated limits as communicated by their personal concierge. Standard limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface.

The sportplus Rewards programme and VIP tiers are governed by the terms displayed in the Rewards section and VIP section of the platform. These terms may be updated at any time with reasonable notice.
Rewards points are earned on qualifying bets and purchases only. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged outside of the Rewards programme mechanics.
VIP status and High Roller access are subject to ongoing eligibility review. sportplus reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or withdraw any tier benefit if account activity no longer meets the qualifying threshold.
Promotional offers are subject to individual terms communicated at the time of each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.
Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim a single offer, will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

sportplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. Tools including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options are available from your account settings.
Players who wish to self-exclude may request this through the platform's support channel. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be reversed before the specified end date.
